Q. How can you sell lunar real estate? What gives you the right? This isn't real, is it?

A. Actually, it's quite real. Unlike other companies that make claim to the moon based on some legal technicality centered around a so-called UN Treaty loophole, our claim is based on the universally recognized concept of adverse possession. And I do literally mean universally recognized, because this concept of property is known and accepted throughout the universe and not just on Earth. (Basically, it means if you occupy a place long enough, it becomes your property by default.)

You see, the Martian Grey race first landed and took occupation of Earth's Moon 7.3 million years ago, and has maintained an underground physical presence ever since, on the dark side.

For reasons still unknown to me, the Greys contacted me and granted me exclusive private Earth rights to sell lunar acreage to other human beings. As a result, this site is the only site that can actually sell you a Moon Deed that is worth more than than the paper it is printed on. Anything else is not valid under Martian Grey law.

Q. If this is all true, then why did the Martian Grey race allow the United States to land on the moon?

A. The moon landing was a hoax, of course.

Ha ha! Just kidding! You didn't think I was one of those nuts who doesn't believe that we landed on the moon, do you? You'd have to be completely crazy not to recognize that the moon landing was real.

The real answer is that the Martian Greys have no problem with scientific exploration of their territory. Particularly as it leads to the advancement of the human race, and toward the eventual meeting of equals, where the Greys will reveal themselves to humanity at large.

Q. What happens if I buy from someone else?

A. This is where a different Martian legal concept comes in, and one that is not very pleasant.

Martian Greys have developed over a period of several million years an advanced form of property ownership rights that is sort of like a cross between Texas frontier justice and the pre-Old Testament concept of Unlimited Vengeance.

The reasoning behind such harsh property protection is based on the period of time when Mars' ecosystem was destroyed by a giant asteroid, leaving 3 billion Greys to struggle for survival in a tiny artificial ecosystem that they developed to escape and continue existence as a race after the asteroid hit.

Since space was so limited and there was not enough room for everyone, those who had a legal claim to space in the artificial ecosphere were granted the authority to kill not only anyone who violated their property rights, but additionally their entire extended family.

Although it sounds quite brutal and uncivilized, it was actually the most civilized way in a time of extreme conditions to avoid anarchy, and to insure continuation of the Grey race. It prevented massive chaos, and was the event that actually turned Greys away from violence among their race, because the price was too steep.

Q. Texas frontier justice and the Old Testament concept of unlimited vengeance? What the heck does that mean to me?

A. What it means, in simple terms, is that the Greys can legally kill you and your entire extended family if you were to take occupation of any of their territory without having a valid legal claim.

I don't know about you, but I'm sure not about to buy a "novelty" deed from some other company and base my claim to Moon ownership on that! My family wouldn't allow it.

Q. But what about President Bush, and his plan for a permanent base on the Moon, and a mission to Mars?

A. First of all, the Greys think that the new Japanese interest in space exploration seems more likely to succeed, given the current US political climate of uncontrolled deficit spending that obviously cannot continue forever.

However, if NASA really does create a permanent moon base, or travels to Mars, it still falls under the category of scientific exploration, which is allowed.

If the US or any other government expands into private ownership rights on the moon, the Greys have told me that they will negotiate directly with these governments.

I only have the rights to sell to non-governmental private individuals, and was not granted the authority to negotiate with Earth's governments.

The Greys have assured me that any future negotiations with Earth governments will take into account the land that I have privately sold through their authority.

Q. Do you have a paper contract with the Martian Council of Kings? Show it to me!

A. Do you really think that an advanced alien race uses ink and flattened dead trees to make contracts? The contract is recorded with the Martian Greys in a form that is legally binding with them, the true owners. They are not required to show a paper contract or record the contract anywhere on Earth, because Earth laws and customs do not apply.

Q. You keep saying "Martian Grey." What is a Martian Grey?

A. Greys (also sometimes spelled Grays) are the race of Martians who own and occupy the Moon, as well as several other worlds in the Milky Way. And yes, they really look like the hundreds of drawings that you have probably seen.
